SAPS-001 | This Suction Anchor Pump System, consisting of upto four submersible pump skids, umbilicals and a control cabin, enables the fixation and release of suction anchors down to 150 meters water depth. The pump skids are each equipped with two electrically driven high volume dredge pumps which can be switched to suction and jetting operation via hydraulically actuated butterfly valves. With its control system and instrumentation the operator can easily level a 3 or 4 pile platform. |

SAPS-002 | This Suction Anchor Pump System, consisting of a submersible pump skid, a suction anchor specific coupling and hoisting frame, an umbilical, an umbilical reel and a control cabin, enables the placement, fixation, release and removal of suction piles down to 1200 meters water depth. The pump skid is equipped with a hydraulic power pack that drives one of two pressure different dredge pumps which can be switched to suction and jetting operation via butterfly valves. With its control system the operator can control the verticality of the suction piles. Vertical pile placement better than 0.5 degrees has been field proven. |

SAPS-003 | The Suction Anchor Pump System SAPS-003, consisting of a combined submersible hoisting and pump skid, enables the fixation and release of suction piles down to 3000 meters water depth. Skid and suction pile can be handled by a handling system via a lifting assembly (2 shackles and 2 grommets) that is connected to the link plates. The system is hydraulically / ROV operated via hot stabs. The hydraulically driven dredge pump can be switched to suction and pressure operation by means of turning the oil flow direction. The skid is hydro dynamically coupled to a suction pile assembly via the central pipe construction and locked by means of two hydraulically driven latches. Venting can be realized via two hydraulically actuated vent valves. The skid is equipped with (relative) pressure gauges, a bullseye and a battery powered altimeter with local display unit. |

SAPS-004 | The Suction Anchor Pump System SAPS-004, consisting of 4 submersible pump skids and a control cabin, enables the fixation and release of suction pile constructions down to 150 meters water depth. Each pump skid is equipped with two electrically driven water pumps which can be switched to suction and pression operation by means of electro hydraulically operated water valves or to vent mode for submersion and self penetration. Pump pressure and flow can be controlled by means of an electro hydraulically operated discharge valve, equipped with an angular position transmitter, or by varying the motor supply frequency. Mounted are pressure transmitters, inclinometers and altimeters, offering process monitoring functionality. Each skid is connected to a suction pile via its central 20” process connection flange and locked with two electro hydraulically operated latches. It is connected to the control cabin by means of an electro optical umbilical. The cabin has control, monitoring and power distribution functionality and also offers workshop and storage facilities. |
